About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, eMerchandising, you will develop and implement digital programs and campaigns to support internal partners in executing vendor campaigns for online merchandising. Your primary focus will be to optimize the online shopping experience, strategically manage product SKU assortments, and analyze performance metrics to drive sales and enhance the overall customer journey. This role is vital in executing digital marketing efforts, improving user experience, increasing marketing effectiveness, and amplifying the TD SYNNEX brand. You will also derive consumer insights to optimize strategies and ensure the success of online campaigns.

What you'll do

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Develop, create, and optimize digital e-merchandising campaigns across various platforms including web design, digital advertising, email marketing, and more.
  • Implement digital marketing assets to meet business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Manage digital content, procurement, development, and posting activities.

Content Management

  • Maintain brand standards for TD SYNNEX and its vendor partners.
  • Collaborate with design teams for digital specifications and ensure consistency in all content

Performance Analysis

  • Track, analyze, and report data to identify trends and maximize ROI for campaigns.
  • Perform testing on landing pages and use audience segmentation for personalized content delivery.

Strategy Optimization

  • Recommend and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase user adoption, and boost online sales.
  • Develop reporting and analytical tools to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration and Guidance
  • Share best practices and strategies across regions and businesses.
  • Manage external marketing agencies and partnerships as needed.
What we're looking for

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in email marketing, web development, online education, e-merchandising/e-commerce, and analytics.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred.
  • Equivalent experience considered.

Skills

  • Strong clerical and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to create and conduct presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build effective working relationships.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
  • On-call availability as necessary.
  • Professional office environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to be immobile for extended periods and transport up to 20 lbs.

Other

  • Able to execute instructions, request clarification when needed, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to promote ideas persuasively.
