Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates with BL Test Leads to track defects
  • Handles daily defect triage calls during UAT
  • Supervises burndown charts for defect remediation
  • Ensures appropriate classification of reported defects (Team, Defect vs. Working as Expected, Priority, etc.)
  • Ensures appropriate access for identified testers
  • Works with Technology (FACT and BL) to ensure environment availability during testing
  • Ensures appropriate connections between impacted systems for testing (e.g., some applications have multiple lower environments so need to confirm where FACT connects)
  • Supervises development of all Test Cases to ensure BLs / Functions are equipped with scripts to conduct UAT in the agreed-upon timeline
  • Partners with Technology to ensure completion of SIT before UAT and then upon completion of UAT, Tech can begin Performance Testing
  • Ensures all UAT test cases are in qtest and have evidence collected and signed off
  • Acquire appropriate signoffs on UAT test cases and test execution from BLs
  • Runs go/no-go for testing
  • Confirms required Test Data to support testing is available in the appropriate lower environments
  • Partners with Technology, Data Lead, and IPRM to understand if there are any data masking requirements to support testing
Position Qualifications:
  • At least 9 to 12 years of experience
Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 08/23/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $72,000 and $115,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
