Role Summary:

  • We are in search of a skilled Selenium Automation Tester with a robust foundation in Java programming to enhance our innovative team.
  • The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in automation testing, particularly in the domains of Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking.
  • This position entails the design, development, and execution of automated test cases to uphold the quality of our financial software products.
  • Familiarity with Compliance and Regulatory Standards, Data Security, Privacy, and Transaction Integrity is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, sustain, and execute automated testing scripts utilizing Selenium WebDriver and Java.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to grasp application requirements and business workflows, especially within the Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking sectors.
  • Design test scenarios and formulate detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and scripts.
  • Identify, document, and monitor defects using suitable tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Evaluate test outcomes, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure defect resolution.
  • Maintain and refine the automation framework as necessary, ensuring it remains scalable and efficient.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Java programming.
  • Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or comparable testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with SQL and database testing.
