About The Role:

As a People Ops Generalist, you will be integral in cultivating a supportive and engaging work environment, managing a diverse range of cross-functional projects. From handling onboarding/offboarding processes to orchestrating culture events and interviews, you will ensure that every employee's journey at Feastables is fulfilling and well-supported.
Your support will be key in adapting our people strategies to align with Feastables' growth trajectory, ensuring our team remains engaged and motivated within our rapidly evolving environment. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Facilitate the logistics of our onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for employees entering or exiting the company
  • Administer HR-related tasks, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, and employment verification
  • Oversee the ordering and distribution of IT equipment, coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill employee needs
  • Contribute towards internal communication, playing a crucial role in maintaining transparency and connection across the company
  • Provide support in employee relations, aiding in performance management and issue resolution to promote a constructive and collaborative environment
  • Assist in managing the recruitment and hiring processes, coordinating interviews and facilitating the flow of inbound talent
  • Maintain HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient access to information
  • Plan and execute workplace culture initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction

Recipe For Success:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a human resources or people operations role, ideally within CPG or a related industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, capable of conducting pivot tables, lookups, and other advanced functions to analyze HR data
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes and maintain employee information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the talent landscape, with ability to coordinate interviews across time zones
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective interaction with team members across the organization
  • Strong knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws
  • Proactive and empathetic approach to handling employee relations and HR issues, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive company culture
  • A collaborative team player with a solution-focused mindset
  • Passion for the creator / social media space
