Horizon Commercial Pools is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team our team in Butler, WI. The Office Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Wisconsin Operations, is responsible for supporting the Horizon company culture alignment by managing the office to ensure maximum productivity, customer satisfaction and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all office administration functions specific to including but not limited to front desk procedures, phone service, office supplies, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Work with accounting on site finance and accounting procedures to ensure timely invoicing to maximize profitability.
  • Manage business Key Performance Indicators.
  • Supervise customer service and other office staff.
  • Other duties assigned.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams. Experience using NetSuite, a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
