From designing and manufacturing to laundering and delivering, CLAUS works with local and national clients to create and maintain a total uniform solution that promotes teamwork and establishes a professional identity. CLAUS operates from over 16 locations nationwide.

The **Customer Support Specialist** will be responsible for coordination and support of the administrative aspects (data entry) of Customer Service and related functions to our branches across Canada

**What youll do:**

* Field inbound inquiries from branch service management to collaboratively work with all resources in an effort to assist in the timely resolution of all customer service, billing and maintenance issues;

* Provide new customer set-up and ongoing maintenance of pricing, billing and adjustments

* Maintains digital customer contract updates and adjustments;

* Supports the branches by coordinating and ensuring accurate billing are complete for the on time installation of all new accounts and special billing requests;

* Generates branch invoices, documents and reports as required within the timeframes required for successful completion;

* Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

**We are looking for individuals who are:**

* Post-secondary education, preferably in a related area of study or equivalent work related experience;

* 2+ years Customer Service, or Administrative experience preferred in a fast paced environment;

* Ability to read, understand and interpret documents including but not limited to standard operating procedures;

* Superior communication skills (both verbal and written);

* Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed;

* Proven ability to build effective professional relationships cross-departmentally within a branch or corporate environment;

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, yet willing and able to work effectively with ambiguous circumstances;

* Extremely organized in his/her approach to document control and administrative functions;

* A positive attitude, a desire to learn, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get work done;

* Strong ethics, commitment to inclusion and integrity;

* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Internet).
