Job Description

Digital Manufacturing brings the digital and technology aspects of manufacturing and IT into a single, unified organization. The Strategy Realization team within Digital Manufacturing provides resources and support to create and execute digital priorities through collaboration with the Digital and Enabling and Value Teams. A core function of this team is Change Management, which guides partner and stakeholder engagement to drive cultural, behavioral, and process shifts while promoting and communicating ways of working.

The Senior Specialist of Change Management is responsible for executing complex change management initiatives within the team and across the broader organization. This role will take over existing initiatives and drive change management activities through all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned with Digital change management strategy and framework to maximize stakeholder adoption and minimize resistance for assigned initiatives
  • During the discovery and value identification phase, conduct stakeholder mapping and create communication materials
  • During the value creation and solution implementation phase, conduct impact analysis, create a change plan and change management materials, facilitate workshops, manage team dynamics, assess readiness, and recognize contributions.
  • Contribute to sponsor alignment and provide regular reporting to leadership teams.
  • Create and deliver effective communication materials, including walking decks, key messages, FAQs, status updates, newsletter content, sponsor messages, and ad hoc presentations
  • Manage initiative SharePoint sites and ensure effective information sharing.
  • Assess training needs, create deployment and learning plans, and support training delivery.
  • Support the value recognition and value realization phases by documenting lessons learned, measuring adoption, and communicating wins.
  • Collaborate closely with other change managers, the Director of Change Management, and other stakeholders to ensure successful initiative execution.
  • Actively contribute to the development and refinement of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices within the team.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise to build change management capabilities across teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including senior leaders.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in change management, project management, or related fields
  • Proven track record of executing complex change initiatives and driving cultural transformation
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools
