The Senior Financial Analyst - Specialty Sales will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis activities of Ecolab divisional sales. This position will require partnership across multiple stakeholders within the organization and will have significant exposure and growth opportunities supported by a management team committed to associate development.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze sales trends for Ecolab Specialty divisions, including volume and pricing and provide insights to the divisional teams on sales performance metrics.
  • Coordinate monthly close and forecast activities, including communicating guidance, facilitating system loads, analyzing results, and preparing content for financial reviews with senior leadership.
  • Primary owner of developing a driver-based 50/50 sales forecast
  • Partner with division finance teams to understand external and internal business dynamics and their impact on results.
  • Leading the creation of annual sales plan by working across multiple key stakeholders
  • Develop sustainable content for use in monthly business reviews (MBRs) and provide ad-hoc financial analytics and deep dives to facilitate decision making.
  • Partner with broader stakeholders to drive critical reporting needs and capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to translate financial analysis into insights and action plans
  • Ability to identify key metrics critical to business performance and provide easily understood and actionable management reporting
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiences, including those with limited finance background
  • Strong PC and systems skills (Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
