+ Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

+ Gather and analyze financial data from various sources, including sales, production, and accounting.

+ Evaluate historical and current financial data to generate insights that inform business decisions.

+ Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) across different business segments.

+ Apply finance and accounting principles to assess current financial operations and project future revenues and expenses.

+ Prepare detailed analyses, recommendations, and reports related to budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

+ Build strong partnerships with management across all business functions and board members.

+ Ensure the accuracy of data to maintain the integrity of information used for decision-making.

+ Support monthly financial review meetings with various divisions.

+ Aid other departments in establishing their accounting and reporting frameworks.

+ Perform general accounting tasks and assist in financial statement preparation as required.

+ Compile information for board meeting materials.

+ Demonstrate commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and values through daily actions.

+ Align actions and decisions with the company's core values and competencies.

+ Complete responsibilities outside of standard business hours as necessary, with occasional travel.

+ Undertake additional duties as assigned.
