Who You Are:

Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and expansion opportunities for our firm. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing new business relationships and strategically positioning our services to secure new clients. You will be expected to independently contribute ideas, recommendations, and solutions toward solving business challenges, construct key components of deliverables/presentations, and contribute to the development of Intellectual Capital (IC) and Marketing Collateral. You may serve as a team leader for individual work streams and acquire a comprehensive understanding of the firm's expertise, product set, and capabilities. Most importantly, you will embrace our firm's brand and core values.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • You may work on various projects throughout your career with Excelacom. The roles and responsibilities noted below pertain to the specific role listed above.
  • Develop and execute effective Machines Learning sales strategies that align with the firm's overall business goals
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads and maintain a database for tracking and follow-up
  • Decompose business problems, identify how machine learning and business intelligence technologies can be applied to create technology solutions for the client.
  • Deliver advisory services to client Directors and VPs on how machine learning can be leveraged to enable business improvements
  • Quantify the business value of ML projects
  • Prepare solutions, proposals and present to clients and successfully sell new business
  • Responsible for individual projects in order to determine, define, and deploy machine learning and data analytics technologies to meet business objectives
  • Proactively research and identify opportunities to drive the Excelacom's ML and Advanced Analytics product roadmap
  • Leveraging Excelacom's domestic and international assets and expertise to bring new ideas to clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles within the management consulting or professional services industry specific to Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning products and services
  • Experience in identifying potential clients through various channels, including networking events, conferences, industry associations, and online platforms.
  • Background in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal teams to create customized and compelling proposals that highlight our firm's strengths and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Open to frequent travel

Compensation and Benefits:

Our competitive salaries are just one component of Excelacom's total compensation package for our regular full-time employees. Other rewards and benefits include: health, vision, and dental insurance, ancillary benefits, Life and AD&D insurance, 401k, and generous paid time off policies.

For individuals assigned to work in Colorado, Excelacom is required to include a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. However, final salaries will vary based on several factors, such as candidate's level, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. An individual may be hired at the Analyst, Consultant, or Manager level for this role with each level requiring an increasing set of responsibilities. For regular full-time employees, the estimated on-target earnings from 100k to 160k+ .
