This role involves working closely with commercial paint customers to understand their needs, address their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest appropriate solutions. Branch Coordinators are also responsible for promptly resolving any customer issues to ensure maximum satisfaction. Additionally, they must stay updated on product features and maintain high quality and visual standards at the store.
