Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Spectrum. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth with assigned retail partners
    • Conduct regular business reviews, audits, and training sessions to ensure partners are meeting sales and quality standards
    • Provide product knowledge support, customer concerns resolution, and brand compliance assistance
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Forecast and allocate monthly sales goals to assigned partners
    • Meet or exceed assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales quotas, product mix, and chargeback
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high-quality partners
  • Partnership Development
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including owners and key decision-makers
    • Collaborate with partners to create and manage growth plans, ensuring alignment with Spectrum's objectives
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 5-7 years of related experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Skills
    • Excellent sales presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
