Schedule: Mo-Fr 8a-5p with an hour of lunch. Starting mid October
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical exams and obtain detailed patient histories with a focus on Family Medicine and Primary Care.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing preventive care and continuity of care.
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and counsel patients on medication adherence and lifestyle changes.
Perform medical procedures and assist in minor surgeries as needed.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, community health workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and patient-centered care.
EMR: Athena
support staff: 1-2 MA s, 1 Phlebotomist, 1 Front desk. 2-3 Providers on duty.
