Responsible for the general accounting function including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers and account and bank reconciliations. Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis and supporting the senior accountant in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.

As our Senior Associate Relationship Manager you will:

Prepare journal entriesComplete general ledger operationsMonthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statementsReconcile and maintain balance sheet accountsPrepare analysis of accounts as requestedAdminister accounts receivable and accounts payableMonitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differencesAccount/bank reconciliationsReview and process expense reportsAssist with preparation and coordination of the audit processAssist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.Preparing fed wires and/or reviewing wires ready for release. For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $71,400 and $ 107,000 The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location. Requirements You ́ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
Bachelor's degree or equivalentKnowledge of accounting principles and practicesKnowledge of finance principlesKnowledge of financial reportingKnowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxationTechnical accounting skillsPrevious experience of general accountingProficiency in relevant accounting softwareReconciliation Credit system to Limit System.
