SUMMARY

The Executive Director of Enrollment Management will provide strategic leadership for Sacred Heart Academy's enrollment and admission of first-year and transfer students. The Director will represent the mission, program, and culture to prospective families and the broader community. The individual will report to the Head of School.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop promotional campaigns aimed at inquiry generation with a plan for converting inquiries to applications in underpromoted towns
  • Maintain applicant databases and track appropriate admissions statistics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the entire admissions process.
  • Provide prospective students and families with information regarding admissions requirements and processes as needed
  • Analyze student information, including test scores, extracurricular activities, and grades
  • Organize admissions events including open houses, tours, and accepted student events
  • Identify merit scholars through the evaluation of applicant records, essays, and interviews
  • Conduct interviews and provide tours as appropriate
  • Solicit the support and supervise the training of student ambassadors
  • Supports the financial aid process with the Director of Finance
  • Facilitate placement testing in partnership with the school academic team
  • Represent Sacred Heart Academy at community events; some nights and weekends may be required ABOUT THE SCHOOL

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of admissions experience in an educational setting
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented particularly with presentations to various audiences
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats
    • Experience with SchoolAdmin, PowerSchool, FACTS, or another industry-related CRM
    • Experience with the Student Exchange and Visitors Information System (SEVIS) beneficial
