As the Executive Pastor, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our church community. You will work closely with the Lead Pastor and other church leaders to provide visionary leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight. Your passion for ministry, coupled with your strong organizational and leadership skills, will enable you to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the church and contribute to its overall mission and vision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to develop and implement the church's strategic vision and goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the church staff, facilitating a culture of teamwork, excellence, and accountability.
- Oversee the various ministries of the church, ensuring alignment with the church's mission and values.
- Manage and coordinate church operations, including budgeting, finance, facilities, and human resources.
- Foster a culture of spiritual growth and discipleship within the church, implementing programs and initiatives to engage and equip members for ministry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with church members, offering pastoral care and support as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the church and the community, actively engaging in outreach and community service initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- A deep and personal relationship with Jesus Christ, exemplifying a life committed to following Him. Biblical or Theological education is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a church or non-profit organization.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- A solid understanding of church operations, including finance, human resources, and facilities management.
- A servant's heart and a passion for ministering to others.
- A commitment to personal and professional growth, with a willingness to adapt and learn.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
