In this role you'll be the go-to advisor for acquiring, retaining and growing Large Corporate (LC) and Middle Market Enterprise (MME) Commercial Banking customer relationships. The Global Relationship Manager is located in the CMB regional office and reports to the Midwest regional Team Head. The Midwest coverage includes Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Tennessee and Wisconsin. This role is intended to help cover existing clients and future prospects generally in the Wisconsin and Chicago markets. You'll tackle every interaction with curiosity to uncover and solve potential roadblocks before they happen. Every day, you'll build trust with clients and the Corporate Banking Centre teams by learning new concepts and researching information in real-time to provide creative solutions. To thrive in this job, you'll need a proven understanding of commercial lending and risk assessment. You should also be familiar with a CRM tool and the technical and personal details it takes to manage many stakeholders through a complex decision-making process.

As our Senior Corporate Banking Relationship Manager I you will:

Build existing and winning new long-term relationships with the customers we want to bank, coherent with HSBC's strategy to be the Leading International BankOwn customer engagement, ensuring service excellence for all aspects of any customer. Collaborating with product partners to identify and match customer needs with relevant expertise; notably with Trade, Cash Management, and Investment Banking and MarketsLead, inspire and motivate junior colleagues to ensure a flawless relationship management service is delivered. Act as a great teammate, supporting development of a positive, collaborative culture consistent with Group ValuesScenarios range in complexity and you need to adapt to one-of a kind challenges, everyday scenarios, and geopolitical issues For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $171,700.00 and $257,500.00 The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
