The Billing Specialist will be responsible for all client invoicing as well as managing vendor invoices. This is a direct hire position paying up to $27/hr, and fully onsite in downtown Pheonix.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer invoicing
  • Managing customer invoices
  • Processing expense reports
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
