Compensation includes a base salary of $88, $147, The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Job Description
The objective of the Analytics and Enablement team is to deliver business value by championing the intelligent use of data and analytics to operate the enterprise efficiently, innovate, foster community, and solve problems. The role of the Data Analysis Manger is a blend of tech-savvy data wrangler, critical thinker, and creative resolution expert in order to effectively gather, analyze, synthesize data, and create visualizations that support operational and strategic decisions for customer across internal business functions. You will collaborate with partners in IT and business customers to gather data, define KPIs, understand performance, highlight data driven insights and enrich presentations with data visualizations. We seek an analytical thinker with strong networking skills who, through critical analysis, can provide insightful findings and recommendations to our stakeholders.
Roles &
Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to gather and analyze large amounts of data and organize/translate findings into actionable insights
  • Serve as SME on existing data pipeline processes and contribute to design/develop future state data pipeline utilizing new technology as needed
  • Lead efforts to interpret data in a manner that logically addresses identified business issues
  • Engages with business partners / data end users to determine information requirements
  • Interfaces with clients to set expectations about data availability and anticipated analysis and reporting outcomes
  • Discovers impactful insights that are both critical and relevant from a business analytics standpoint
  • Consults with business leaders to identify new reports, data, or analyses needed to support business decision making
  • Simplifies and standardizes reports for use across the organization
  • Identifies and recommends ways to improve Data Analysis's tools, technologies and methods
  • Develop robust QA processes to reduce time for error identification and fix, leading to increased speed of delivery on insights
  • Prioritize, escalate, and deliver on work using a logical and methodical process
Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop reports and visuals to support executive presentations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish metrics and dashboards, and leverage quantitative analysis for operational and strategic decisions
  • Establish and maintain QA processes to monitor data for gaps or errors
  • Work with business owners and/or stakeholders to develop analytic methodologies that deliver operational and strategic insights
  • Ensuring that data/reporting complies with applicable Analytics Enablement reporting standards, and Data Governance and Management policies

Qualifications:

This individual will have:
  • Passion leveraging data and analysis to drive business decisions and create tangible value for stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years' experience in a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
  • Requires strong knowledge of SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and MS Office tools
  • Experience with developing and running custom queries for data analysis: aggregating, cleaning, and analyzing large data sets, and identifying trends and patterns
  • Strong analytical, operational and technical competency, with a proven ability to present data and complex analyses
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas in a simple, yet effective, manner
  • Ability to collaborate and function effectively with various teams and to gain consensus
  • Aptitude with new technologies and strong flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or quantitative discipline
  • Master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, applied Mathematics, Analytics, or quantitative discipline
  • Proficient in writing scripts with python/pandas for ETL and data analysis, and working in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with data and analysis for corporate functions including: Finance, Accounting, Law & Policy, Contact Center/Help Desk, Real Estate, operations research, or energy and/or sustainability metrics & reporting
  • Experience working in agile delivery methodology
