Position Overview:


The Director of Corporate Process Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and functions across all corporate divisions.

This role focuses on ensuring operational consistency, efficiency, and compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Process Development and Management:
Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the implementation of standardized processes across all corporate divisions.
Continuously review and update processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Operational Efficiency:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Collaborate with divisional heads to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to drive operational excellence.

Continuous Improvement:
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Utilize data-driven approaches to identify trends, areas for improvement, and innovative solutions.

Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all processes and procedures comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to SOPs and identify areas of non-compliance.
Develop and implement risk management strategies related to process management.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of process management professionals, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Foster collaboration between departments to ensure seamless process integration and alignment with corporate objectives.
Act as a liaison between senior leadership and divisional managers to facilitate communication and coordination.

Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies to support process improvements and organizational initiatives.
Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful adoption of new processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in process management or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing standardized processes and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in process management software and tools.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary:
$150,000
