The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Servers to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs.

Pay

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.

$ $15.25 / hour

Responsibilities
  • Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
  • Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
  • Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
  • Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred
Qualifications
  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
  • Previous experience as suite runner preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
  • Exposure to variable temperatures
  • May be required to work in narrow spaces
