Fox Corporation's Consumer Platforms & Engineering team is dedicated to building best in class services to support the key digital initiatives for our partners throughout FOX. ABOUT THE ROLE

Fox's Senior UX SDET is in charge of ensuring the highest quality release of our products. You will mainly be focused on building an automation framework for the project at hand and deciding the best end-to-end testing strategies for the product. The goal for this role is to increase automation test coverage so we can perform quick regression testing prior to each release. You will be working in an agile scrum team, responsible for performing various Quality Engineering functions, including designing test plans, bug reporting, and tools development.

Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases against our software platforms and applications in the cloud, server, desktop and mobile environmentsAnalyze and communicate test results and defect trackingExecute white box, black box, and manual testingParticipate in day-to-day team activities as part of an Agile teamEngage in cross-functional integration testing within technology teams and with third partiesEngage in requirements elaboration and clarification with the product ownerEnhance and extend the automation libraryContribute to performance and scalability testing effortsProvide the testing estimates to the teamMentor and share the testing practices with the scrum teamTechnical ownership of software testing infrastructure and improving product qualityTake responsibility for monitoring product development and usage at all levels with an eye toward improving product qualityWork on automation testing for all existing systemsSupport all production releases per sprintResearch, develop and/or recommend tools to assist the teamWHAT YOU WILL NEEDExpertise with hands-on scripting/coding experience in any automation testing tools (Selenium/Appium), MABL, Cucumber Framework, Pytest, TestNG, mocha/chai, nightwatchJS or CypressJSExcellent communication, both verbal and writtenExperience testing and automating secure REST APIs testingExperience in cross browser and cross platform testingExperience with Agile methodologiesNICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKERB.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceExperience using MABL or equivalentExperience with xpath/css locatorsTECHNOLOGIES WE USEGitHubJiraTestingbotWebdriverIOMochaPostman #Ll-Hybrid #Ll-KD1 Learn more about Fox Tech at #foxtech

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $95, ,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
