Job Requriments

  • Responsible for deploying employer branding as well as recruiting and selection of candidates according to standards.
  • Local implementation of organizational and employee development measures and processes according to standards
  • Implementation of local talent and competency management as well as planning, implementation, and supervision of employee training (e.g., further education, leadership training, etc.)
  • Responsible for collective bargaining together with plant and / or legal entity management.
  • Administration of payroll and benefits as well as of personnel files and timekeeping according to standards.
  • Planning and implementation of local employee relations measures (e.g., motivation, conflict resolution, events, communication etc.) to ensure a positive work culture.
  • Responsible for local labor law adherence (e.g., minimum wage, working hours, labor agreement, etc.) according to standards.
  • Implement HR standards (e.g., processes, tools, KPIs) and provide feedback and input for further development of standards.
  • Initiation and implementation of continuous improvement by applying CBS methods and training measures.
  • Hourly employee payroll and timekeeping.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 2+ Years of Human Resources Experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HR Systems
  • Knowledge of labor and payroll laws (State and Federal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Union Experience
  • HR Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
