Excellent organizational skills with precise attention to detail. Appropriately operate with frequent access to confidential Skills Knowledge of business analysis tools. Ability to create details reports from HR data sets. Familiarity with SQL is a plus. Strong ideas of Project Management concepts. System documentation and data analysis-
