HRIS Analyst

Job Description Responsibilities Develop training programs for system end users for identified work streams. Responsible for training system admin team members on system capabilities and supporting ongoing training program. Develop and oversee processes to ensure data integrity including evaluation of current data entry and management and routine data audits Use expertise to drive full utilization of the system optimization of functionality and efficiencies in business processes.Qualifications Direct experience managing multiple vendors and compensation administration outsourcing. Experience in understanding and technical expertise of broad based compensation programs Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities. Excellent organizational skills with precise attention to detail. Appropriately operate with frequent access to confidential information.key Skills Knowledge of business analysis tools. Ability to create details reports from HR data sets. Familiarity with SQL is a plus. Strong ideas of Project Management concepts. System documentation and data analysis
