Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
The Operations Coordinator at AEG is a key player in organizing venue events. You will assist event management in effectively communicating directives and managing contracts with third parties, show staff, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Event Operations Staff, Guest Services, and Production departments
  • Provide administrative support including payroll processing and incident report record keeping
  • Select event exhibitors and vendors, build positive relationships, and ensure contract obligations are met
  • Create detailed event operation notes, coordinate setup, and oversee day-of-show activities
  • Maintain venue merchandise inventory, track revenue, and coordinate social media sweeps
  • Handle additional duties such as show advancement, settlement, or special projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Experience in venue operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
