About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources and Learning & Development, the Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Partner is a crucial part of the HR Business Partnering group. Through the development of close partnerships with HR and business leaders, they will be attuned to the learning needs of the business, create content aligned with organizational needs and goals, and influence learning strategy with HR and Senior Leadership.

As part of the larger HR Organization, the HR Business Partnering Team is closely aligned with the various functions and their respective leaders. Our HR Business Business Partners provide leading HR and business expertise along all critical moments within the employee life cycle that ultimately impact our 1600 employees, including Talent Management and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and more.

A typical day will include

  • Collaboration with functional leaders and HRBPs to understand organizational needs and co-creation of learning solutions aligned to crucial talent development and business strategies
  • Leading both virtual and in-person training programs, fostering an environment that contributes to the growth and development of employees while making a measurable impact on the business
  • Designing & delivering interactive early and senior leadership programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leadership competencies
  • Creation and maintenance of guides and training materials that enhance the effectiveness of learning sessions, ensuring an engaging learning experience
  • Administration of Bullhorn's Learning Management System, Workday, and managing 3rd party content provider relationships
  • Involvement in various training-related projects and initiatives, lending expertise to ensure successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals
  • Following the latest trends and best practices within Talent Development, incorporating relevant insights to continually enhance and innovate offerings
  • Leveraging trusted partnerships to identify learning needs with Senior Leaders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

This role requires

  • Significant experience in Human Resources, working as a strong, collaborative business partner to senior leaders
  • A proven track record of Organizational Development or equivalent area
  • Comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience in delivering customized training experiences to diverse audiences
  • An ability to pivot and adapt facilitation tactics in real time based on participant engagement levels
  • Exceptional ability to read a room and create a supportive environment for group facilitation and team sessions
  • Extensive communication, consultation and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs
  • A resourceful, problem-solving aptitude, thorough knowledge of training development processes and experience researching engaging training content
