Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and resolving issues within electrical and low-pressure fluid systems.
- Conducting repairs and replacements of system components as necessary.
- Installing and troubleshooting system software.
- Setting up new systems at client locations.
- Providing training for operators and maintenance staff.
- Offering technical assistance to clients through various communication channels.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintaining industrial equipment at the corporate office.
- Collaborating with the Sales team to address customer application needs.
- Ensuring the service area meets company standards.
- Performing other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in Customer/Field Service or Technical Service is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial inkjet machinery is advantageous.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues using practical methods and tools.
- Capability to interpret schematic diagrams and technical drawings.
- Experience in training others on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to process information and create clear, accurate written procedures.
- Proficient in engaging with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels.
- Basic understanding of Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering functions.
- Competent in standard office software applications.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in diverse environments, including offices and manufacturing facilities.
- Willingness to travel locally and for overnight assignments.
- Reliable commuting to the primary office location is essential.
Employment Type: This is a permanent full-time position with typical hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Compensation: Salary is based on experience.
