The Vice President of HR (VP HR) will define the PACS People strategy and develop the roadmap and KPIs for its implementation.

As ourVP, Human Resources, you'll support HID's successby:

Defining the PACS (Physical Access Control Systems)HR global strategy.Executing HR strategies that enable accomplishment of the business and/or functional objectives. Working closely with all levels of the Organization, particular attention will be given to Leaders the BU or Functional Organization they will support. Leading a global team of highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partners.Collaborating closely with the Global HR function to co-define and implement the overall HID HR strategy and associated programs. Leading, coordinating and being involved in the entire process & remain accountable for the people aspect when it comes to managing the Merger and Acquisition deliverables within the BU or Function. Serving as a trusted advisor to the PACS Leadership team with regards to talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, coaching, performance management, organizational design, change management, talent assessments, leadership development, succession planning programs and more. Offering guidance and advice to client groups on operational HR activities in accordance with the local, regional and global policies and procedures and employment legislation, and guide teams to regional/local HR support as required. Providing direction and insight into recruitment and selection of key talent. In this role you will play a more active role in key recruitments at a middle management level within your BU or Function. Collaborating and working closely with the rest of the HR function to follow up on activities needed to support the Business / Function.Continually monitoring HR compliance requirements in the business and ensure that risk to HID. Proactively participating in both the HID-wide and ASSA ABLOY-wide HR initiatives.

What we will love about your background:

Experience advising and counselling senior managers and leaders on how to identify and attract key talent, develop succession plans, utilize recognition and rewards to incentivize right behavior, and help managers drive performance improvement and career growth within their teams.Strong knowledge of key HR processes and practices - recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, talent development, employee relations, change management and employee engagement. Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language is a plus.Ability to travel internationally (expected travel about 40%).

YourExperienceand Education include:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences or equivalent), 15+ years in Human Resources with at least 8+ years' experience in Human Resources Business Partner or Consulting HR.Prior experience in a similar industry or client groups is a plus.Specific experience in multiple countries and cross regions. Experience at a global level is a requirement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in how to drive and implement transformational programs with a strong background in change management and organization design.
