The Opportunity:
We seek a Product Manager from the consumer goods industry (preferably FMCG/CPG) with a proven track record and a passion for innovation. As a Product Manager, you will champion the "Superhuman" ethos by leading the innovation and development of transformative products at Alpha Lion. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, defining product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that resonate with our customers.
This is a strategic position that requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and leadership excellence. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the CPG category. Use insights to inform product strategy and development that align with business goals.
- Roadmap Development: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, operations, and sales, to bring products from conception to launch. Foster collaboration and ensure all team members are aligned with the product vision.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. Use customer feedback and data analysis to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.
- Innovation: Champion product innovation by fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team, ensuring our products not only meet but redefine market standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product performance using key metrics. Analyze data to make informed decisions about future product iterations and enhancements.

- At least 7 years of product management experience in the consumer goods industry, with a track record of leading product innovation.
- Ability to conduct market analysis, foresee industry trends, and align product development with the company's mission and market needs.
- Proficiency in managing the entire lifecycle of a product from conception through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product strategy and improvements.
- A deep commitment to understanding and prioritizing customer needs and preferences, ensuring products deliver exceptional value and enhance the user experience.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation can thrive.
- The competency to move quickly and efficiently from concept to execution, demonstrating a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
