The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Compliance Specialist to join our team at Gamewise. As a Compliance Specialist, you will work fully remote and be responsible for ensuring that all casino operations adhere to regulatory standards. Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $59600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities Process Level 1 front line verifications by trusting player identities

Ensure all KYC information and documentation are collected within the prescribed time frame

Review documentation related to identity verification to ensure guest accounts are created successfully

Assist with other verification screenings, including geolocation, deposits, and withdrawal of funds.

Conduct daily reviews of wagering activity to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and suspicious behavior

Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree

Understanding of gaming and payment processes

Self-motivated, analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail

Competence with Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite a plus

Experience working in an environment where both individual and team goals are met or exceeded routinely
