Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive business plans and lead territory effectively
- Deliver compelling messages to customers and drive changes in behavior
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Understand reimbursement processes and address access issues
- Stay informed about market trends and therapeutic areas
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of infusion/rare disease sales and pricing/reimbursement
- Experience in neurology, specialty pharmacy, or product launch
- Strong leadership and analytical abilities
