  • Major Responsibilities
    • Executes processes for converting routes from all forms using proprietary software to FOCUS and/or any other Company software developed
    • Point person to communicate to FS locations to perform routes in FOCUS for School Startup and new business
    • Ensures adherence to the First Student processes to Route & Student Uploads
    • Manages time effectively, prioritizing and escalating tasks and issues as necessary.
    • Determines how to convert routes into usable data for FOCUS.
    • Creates routes.
    Minimum Education or Certifications Required
    • Bachelor Degree or Associates degree in Economics/Data Analytics/Math/ MIS/ or related field or equivalent experience.
    Minimum Experience or Skills Required
    • Some knowledge in MS-Excel
    • Familiar with formatting data elements within Excel
    • Ability to read and follow business processes developed internally
    • Good writing skills and Listening skills
    • Proactive in finding trends from Large Data Set
    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
    • Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone.
    • Related travel as required.
