Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with internal product owners and business users to understand requirements, translate them into test cases, execute those test cases, and track progress and defects for testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with product owners and business users to review and understand requirements specifications.
  • Develop test plans and test cases to ensure requirements traceability.
  • Execute test cases and regression test cases, and document results.
  • Document and track software defects and ensure that they are resolved properly and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure coding standards are being followed and determine the right solutions for resolving defects.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing.
  • Establish and document testing processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the role as a QA testing analyst.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in using automated testing tools is a plus.
  • Experience in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to focus on details and document and troubleshoot errors.
  • Strong organizational skills which will be used to appropriately document test plans and test cases, organize and run meetings, and participate in testing.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, and be able to effectively communicate within the team.
  • Must be able to maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
Education:
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
Software Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
