Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze labor market data to identify emerging industries, skill gaps, and workforce needs.
  • Conduct research on labor market dynamics to inform lead generation for the Partnership Development Team.
  • Develop actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to support university leadership on co-op and full-time placements, career services, and curriculum adjustments.
  • Manage and maintain CRM database (Salesforce) to ensure seamless integration with other software platforms.
  • Create and present executive summaries, executive briefings, benchmark reports, and dashboards to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • Five years of relevant work experience and/or specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
  • One year of experience in labor market analytics or business analysis techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years of experience in labor market analytics or business analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with publicly available economic, workforce, and education data sets.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill insights into actionable recommendations.
