As our Billing Representative, you will help manage reports, resolve claim edits, and respond to inquiries to support back-end functions of customer sites across the United States. Every day, you will review patient accounts, identify and resolve claims, and fix rejection errors. To thrive in this role, you will be self-motivated, willingness to learn, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Review patient accounts ensuring claims are accurate and billable.
  • Identify and resolve claim edits and understand billing guidelines and payer requirements.
  • Proactively fix claim rejection errors and resubmit claims based on payer requirements.
  • Initiate contact and respond to inquiries from various external sources.
  • Answer questions and assist patients with billing issues as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to execute processes efficiently and maintain highest level of quality
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and communicate issues
  • Computer literacy skills, including Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office products
  • Enhanced communication and customer service skills

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $ $23.45 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
