Remote, Oregon, United States Seed Full time

Us

We are a microbiome science company pioneering innovations in probiotics and living medicines to impact human and planetary health. Founded to realize the potential of microbes, our platform enables the translation of breakthrough science across a portfolio that encompasses both indication-specific and preventive applications across gastrointestinal and digestive health, women's health, skin and dermatological health, oral care, pediatrics, gut-brain function, metabolic function, and nutrition.

Our consumer innovations are commercialized under Seed with a mission to bring much-needed precision, efficacy, education and perspective-shifting science communication to the global category of probiotics. And our environmental research is conducted under SeedLabs, which was founded to develop novel bacterial interventions to enhance biodiversity and restore ecosystems impacted by human activity. LUCA Biologics, our women's health biotech company co-founded with Dr. Jacques Ravel, develops living medicines targeting the vaginal microbiome for urogenital and reproductive health.

Founded in Venice, CA with a global team across Europe, Australia, Asia and North America, Seed Health was co-founded by Ara Katz and Raja Dhir, alongside a scientific board comprised of leading scientists, researchers, and clinicians across the fields of microbiology, immunology, bioinformatics, dermatology, oral health, vaginal health, gastroenterology, mental health, pediatrics, and nutrition.

As a Product Manager on our Platform team, you will lead a cross-functional squad to execute, with precision and innovation, a world-class digital platform that serves as the technical foundation for our growing business. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company, including our operations, fulfillment, and customer experience teams to help identify solutions to their unique challenges in scaling their operations. You will own internal tools as well as major strategic projects that need cross-team leadership. You are deeply motivated to build well structured and thoughtful systems at scale.

What you'll do

  • Deeply understand internal stakeholders' processes and needs, and proactively identify ways to better support their growth and efficiency through product features.
  • Consistently deliver impactful solutions that enable platform and operational growth for our business.
  • Collaborate with operations to support our ERP system, NetSuite
  • Understand business metrics and use that data to inform decision making and product strategy.
  • Own the team's roadmap and create a top class, compelling rationale that drives strategy forward and inspires the team.
  • Create alignment across teams and with a broad range of stakeholders. Understand each stakeholder's perspective and ensure that they have been appropriately considered in project scoping & roadmap creation.
  • Own the full development lifecycle for your team in partnership with Engineering and Product Design partners.

Who you are

  • You have 4+ years of experience scaling software solutions for internal stakeholders in collaboration with engineering, product, and design
  • Bonus if you have experience in ecommerce, international, or subscription businesses with significant scale from 10MM to 250MM+
  • You have a scientific outlook and use data to make decisions – when you don't have data, you search for anecdotal and qualitative information to gain insights
  • You always ask why and are obsessive about understanding and creatively meeting the user needs
  • You love the creative challenge of stitching together product requirements, design, resource constraints, and timing
  • You constantly think about the best way to get an MVP into the user's hands and find a pathway to iterate, improve and deliver more value
  • You have a proven track record of setting a plan and managing to it, especially in fast-paced, agile environments
  • You're familiar with data technologies including SQL, Tableau, Looker, Segment, Amplitude, or similar
  • You have strong project management skills, and you're able to work on multiple projects at the same time and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • You have demonstrated the ability to manage stakeholder interests and prioritize requirements that drive the highest impact and value
