Job Responsibilities

● Develop and execute digital designs for social media, websites, email marketing, and event promotions.
● Craft compelling social and digital media content to boost engagement and prompt action.
● Engage in collaborative concept development, creating illustrations, infographics, and designs that intrigue and educate while adhering to NCAA brand standards.
● Demonstrate effective teamwork across various departments, bringing forward proactive and innovative visual communication solutions.
● Translate partner input and refine designs to meet NCAA style and production timelines.
● Coordinate with designers and photographers to develop concepts, identify photographic needs, and guide shoot direction.
● Respond to live events with real-time design execution.
● Assist with digital video production and editing where needed.
● Employ strategies for file optimization and enhanced production workflows.
● Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

● Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
● A minimum of three years in digital graphics production is essential.
● Experience in sports or national brand design is highly desirable.
● Essential: Brand comprehension, adherence to brand standards, and scalability.
● Strong typographic and conceptual design skills are required.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) mandatory; After Effects beneficial.
● The ability to swiftly adjust to shifting priorities and juggle multiple projects is crucial.
● Photography and photo editing skills are advantageous, though not mandatory.
● Experience with project management software, such as ASANA, is preferred.
● Knowledge of college athletics and higher education communications is highly desirable.
● Estimated Travel Required
