Responsibilities

Scope of Work

We are in search of a skilled Graphic Designer with a background in proposal development and the creation of professional marketing materials to join our vibrant Corporate Marketing Team. This distinctive position requires close collaboration with our Operations Teams to produce high-quality proposals and supplementary marketing resources that aid in securing projects on a national level. The successful candidate will also assist our National Service Department by crafting service advertisements and various marketing collateral. Additionally, the role encompasses the creation of digital campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside construction operations teams to create high-quality proposals. Partner with construction operations teams to design effective marketing tools. Develop and design marketing materials that reflect the brand, promote professionalism, and support business development initiatives. Aid in securing projects for the National Service Department through proficient proposal writing and advertisement strategies. Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with Gaylor Electric's brand standards and positioning. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator, to generate content. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Ability to handle multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines. Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, with a robust portfolio showcasing design capabilities. Background in proposal writing and the development of marketing materials. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the construction or electrical sector.
