Communicates regularly with the Director of Human Resources about department issues. Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
Reviews and makes recommendations to Director of Human Resources for improvement of procedures, and practices on employment matters.

Supervisory Responsibilities Assists employees in the Employment, Reception, Licensing and Training. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
