Ensures compliance with company, State, and Federal policies, procedures, and regulations.
Communicates regularly with the Director of Human Resources about department issues. Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
Reviews and makes recommendations to Director of Human Resources for improvement of procedures, and practices on employment matters.
Works directly with department directors to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on employment matters.
Recommends, evaluates, and participates in Staff Development.
Participates on committee's and special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.
Supervisory Responsibilities Assists employees in the Employment, Reception, Licensing and Training. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems in the Employment area. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
