Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical services to vehicles and equipment
  • Analyze job orders, observe vehicle operations, and strategize work procedures
  • Utilize checklists to ensure thorough examination of all critical components
  • Inspect safety devices, protective guards, and loose bolts on trucks, making adjustments as necessary
  • Conduct test drives to confirm optimal vehicle performance
  • Label all warranty parts and return them to the warranty clerk
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on factory technical bulletins
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance overall satisfaction
  • Accurately complete service and repairs as assigned by the supervisor
  • Adhere to safety protocols and established procedures during all work
  • Engage in technical training as directed by management
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ensure that customer vehicles are returned in a clean condition
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy towards all guests and personnel

  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor or management
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Fleet or Dealership settings
  • ASE certification is advantageous
  • Team player with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Self-driven and professional demeanor
  • Must possess personal tools
