- Practicing independently in the areas of employee benefits law n
- Developing and maintaining client relationships n
- Handling qualified retirement plan design and compliance n
- Managing sponsor and fiduciary risk n
- Drafting benefit plan documentation n
- Resolving ERISA claims and disputes n
- Handling governmental investigations and audits n
- Advising on Affordable Care Act compliance n n## Qualifications n nThe ideal candidate should possess the following: n n
- JD degree from an accredited law school n
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state in the Northeastern United States n 10+ years of relevant legal experience n
