Serve as a Fiber and Wireless Transmission AEs and as a technical authority, technical lead, and expert advisor on applicable laws, policies, standards, directives, and guidelines governing business relationships for specifically assigned Fiber, Wireless & Transmission Customers.

Provide authoritative advice and guidance to BPA senior executives and managers on the interpretation and implementation of technical policy directives and programs.

Negotiate and execute the diversity of transmission, fiber, and wireless agreements, including Commercial sales agreements with assigned customers.

Responsible for defining Fiber and Wireless program objectives; independently planning, designing, and carrying out the work to be done; and providing authoritative advice and guidance to agency officials.
