ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the GTS team and across People Experience to support development and implementation of organization effectiveness and culture initiatives that enhance talent pipeline and colleague engagement.
- Contribute to the completion of project tasks of GTS work team.
- Gather colleague or user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct independent research on people/culture-related best practices and apply knowledge to achieve assigned tasks and propose innovative solutions to attract, grow, inspire and retain talent.
- Support the planning and execution of GTS communications, events, and programs.
- Contribute to creation of education, awareness or relevant content for colleagues.
- Track and analyze key talent related metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote Pfizer's culture and values.
- Make decisions from limited options to resolve basic problems with limited effect on projects.
- Exercise judgment under supervision in a structured environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous Pfizer summer internship experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, effectively convey information and engage employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Adept at problem-solving, with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Proficient in HR systems and digital tools.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $64,600.00 to $107, In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
