Job Purpose/Overview

The Imaging Support Coordinator is responsible for improving customer readiness by supporting the customer in preparing and assisting with construction readiness and state regulations by working closely with the field applications team and the Quality and Regulatory Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and advice sales associates on construction needs and state regulations
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to install for customers under construction
  • Manage the communication between Sound, the customer, and 3rd party contractors, ensuring sites under construction are ready for install
  • Problem solve as needed to support installation team and customer issues at your discretion
  • Responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings utilizing independent decision making
  • Maintain State Regulations information for DR and other products
  • Problem solve as needed to support installation team and customer issues at your discretion
  • Perform other assignments as directed by manager in support of the operation.
  • Independent decision making to ensure high level of customer experience during installation
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years relevant administrative experience.
  • A bachelor or an associates degree in technical field prefeed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Manage multiple work demands simultaneously.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must work well independently with minimal direction.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and be able to adapt to changes in priority.
  • Ability to effectively work across multiple departments and levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail orientated and flexible.
  • Must possess excellent internal and external customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of work and managing dynamic deadline requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Extensive phone work, typing (40+ WPM) & data entry

Working Conditions

The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment including use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.

The Target Pay Range for this position is $24.00-$29.00 hourly. At Mars, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
