We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the warehouse operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Salary: Up to $50,000.00 a year

Hours: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Monday - Thursday

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires effective communication and the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve production targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring they are adequately trained, motivated, and equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Production Planning: Coordinate with management to develop production schedules and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.

Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and take corrective actions as necessary to address deviations.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, quality inspection records, and inventory logs. Prepare and present reports to management on production performance and areas for improvement.

Problem Solving: Address production issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing/production environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Solid understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support production schedules.
