About the Role
Join the Collaboration Tools team at Gusto, which is part of the broader IT Experience organization encompassing IT Operations and IT Engineering. In this role, you will oversee the administration of various SaaS and Productivity tools. You will specialize in managing collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Asana.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Administer and maintain collaboration tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Adobe, Zoom, and other SaaS apps
  • Collaborate with the team for Atlassian change management and project work
  • Support internal support programs for building integrations, maintaining the service desk, and driving operational efficiencies through automations
  • Procure and maintain productivity tools, building integrations for all team members
  • Act as an escalation point for end user requests related to team-owned technology
  • Handle license/user clean up, auditing, and software reclamation automation
  • Work with Corporate Identity Access and Security teams to manage SaaS offerings
  • Assist with M&A integrations
  • Manage vendor/CSM relationships for SaaS productivity apps
  • Ensure compliance and assist with audits and questionnaires

Here's what we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Systems Administration role
  • Basic knowledge of a scripting language, such as Python or Javascript, along with working with JSON
  • Experience with API integrations, development, and security
  • Proficiency in SSO implementation with identity providers
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance controls
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Administration and cloud platforms
  • Experience in project/portfolio management and understanding of Agile principles
  • Knowledge of LLM and OpenAI models is a plus
  • Expertise in administering Atlassian products for large organizations

Compensation:
The cash compensation for this role ranges from $140,000/yr to $160,000/yr in Denver and $170,000/yr to $195,000/yr in San Francisco & New York, with additional stock equity. Final offers are based on the candidate's experience and expertise.
