Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Reliability Test Strategies: Design and execute novel environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical testing techniques to maximize field life and minimize early life failures.

- Design and Execute Test Programs: Write test programs to exercise the functionality of the product over various conditions and environments.

- Define Ongoing Reliability Testing Strategy: Monitor the manufacturing process health and screen for long-term reliability defects caused by process and component variability.
- Root Cause Systemic Production Issues: Identify and address systemic production issues or failures found in test and drive design or process changes to meet long-term reliability goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline: A degree in an engineering discipline, such as electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering.
- 5+ Years of Experience in Test, Analysis, Manufacturing, or Hardware Development: A minimum of 5 years of experience in test, analysis, manufacturing, or hardware development, with a focus on reliability and quality assurance.
- Programming Experience in Python, C, and SQL: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, and SQL, with an emphasis on data analysis and automation.
- Thorough Understanding of Electronics Reliability and Failure Mechanisms: A deep understanding of electronics reliability and failure mechanisms, including thermal, vibration, and environmental testing.
- Demonstrated Ability to Work in a Highly Cross-Functional Role: The ability to work effectively in a highly cross-functional role, collaborating with teams across the organization.
- Experience with Electronics and Mechanical Design and Analysis: Experience with both electronics and mechanical design and analysis, including knowledge of RF principles.
- Experience in a Fast-Paced, Iterative Design Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative design environment, with a focus on quality and reliability.
- Design or Process Validation and Control Methods: Experience with design or process validation and control methods, such as DFMEA, PFMEA, design of experiments (DOE), and statistical process control (SPC).
- Electrical Schematics and Electronics Manufacturing: A thorough understanding of electrical schematics and electronics manufacturing, including the ability to analyze and improve test coverage.
- Manufacturing Process Qualification and Maintenance: Experience qualifying and maintaining manufacturing processes for electronics and/or mechanical assemblies.
