About the Team:

The Manager, Trade & Customs will will be responsible for Pandora's Global Trade and Customs business operations, as well as for strategic trade support. This includes oversight of daily trade operations, and development/implementation of trade initiatives to improve business operation and cost structure.

As a Manager, Trade & Customs, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of all trade related issues for The Americas region
  • Development of Trade & Customs staff
  • Manage relationship with Customs and other government agency officials
  • Oversight of government trade audits
  • Manage department cost center, including financial approvals in Basware system
  • Provide key data points (KPIs, duty statistics, etc.) to Senior Management as needed
  • Recommend and implement operational goals to improve business operations
  • Manage 3PL service providers and trade consultants
  • Manage and implement key trade initiatives (i.e. FTZ)

Your Role as a Manager, Trade & Customs will be to:

  • Ensure correct duty payments
  • Manage Customs clearance time with brokers to within standard
  • Minimize risk of fines and penalties due to noncompliance
